Day After Thanksgiving!!!

Hi guys!!! How was your Thanksgiving, mine was fun. My brother came here and helped out with the preparations. Later we went to BlockBuster to check out movies. I met A there she was so energetic, we talked and then I had to go.
When we came home the turkey was ready, and we watched our first movie. Then my little brother went to take a shower, then I went. After that we ate. I ate lots of ice-cream and apple pie. My brothers and dad ate a lot of turkey, my mom ate this and that. It was fun.

Today, I slept in. I woke up at 11 something in the morning. I slept late last night.

Ok so I was totaly wrong about my project. I found tons of info. I was just a little impatient.
I've turned my project now I have to wait for my grade.

Hi!, I'm so excited about my Christmas concert on Dec. 4th it's going to be awesome. I play the violin, my teacher is so proud of us and she's moving some of us to a more advanced class, and I one of those students. It's going to be so awesome next semester. I'm so excited. My Language Art teacher is going to give us our grade for our paper on Tues. day, she gave us our test results on Friday and I passed if have an A ( 96). Middle school is going wonderful for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kids + Kids= ?

Hi guys I'm back and I have a suggestion,

I plan to become a musician, but I may change my mind as I grow up but I do play the violin. I love playing but sometimes when you're practicing and you can't quite get it right it pretty much gets frustrating for me. Eventually I do get the music down. I like the feeling when I know I've succeeded once again it's a great feeling.

I think that people who act like they don't care what ever grade they get on a subject actually do care no matter what they say. I think when they get a bad grade they feel bad but they are actually trying, I think teachers should let a another kid tutor them other that teacher teaching them themselves I think they would feel better if another kid was helping them, I think they feel embarrassed if the teacher tutored them I think kids can help other kids because kids understand kids.

Anyway that's for the teacher to decide but I really think that kids' helping other kids is the way to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I may not be a teacher but I'm a kid and I think I know kids my age more than teachers do!!!

Bear Camp!!!!!!!!!!!

Today is Bear Camp at Spring Branch Middle School!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait until it's time for me to go . All the last names that fall from A-L went in the morning from 9-11 am and all the names that fall from M-Z go this afternoon from 1-3 pm!!!!!!!!!! I'll get to see fantasy animal but not my other friend A her last name starts with C. Though I will see her on Monday!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway Bear Camp is about getting to know the school a bit and for the first time I'll see it, it's going to be so Awe-some!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think I'm ready for Middle school though I'll miss my old school and my other friends that are going to other schools and ESPECIALLY MY TEACHERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Summer!!!!!!!!!!

My summer is going Great!!! I haven't written in my blog for a long, long time. I wish I did. My little brother and I might go swimming this afternoon. My mom's takin' a nap right now. I finshed my book I'll be startin' a new 1 tomorrow or maybe to night.

French Camp

Today I went to French Camp at Spring Woods Middle School! Dr. L our counselor gave us the form for French before school was over.

It was ok. I suppose maybe I could take a French Class in 6th grade. I even made a new friend her name starts with a C it's the prettiest name ever.

I saw N from Housman she was in 5th grade when I was in 4th grade. She's nice, she used helped me on my homework sometimes and explained things when i didn't understand.

The French Camp is only for this week, and on Friday we get to go on a field trip to the Galleria, we are going to have a scavenger hunt.

I have a question for Fantasy-Animal Why didn't you sighn up for French Camp ??????? and I want a straight answer.

AR Sleep Over

Right now I'm in my school library. You're probably wondering, what I'm doing at school this late?

Well it's AR sleep over night, the people with 300 points get to come to the library for a sleep over. It's so cool.

We've finished eating pizza, there's left over though, we had cheetos,lays.....e..c..t..., brownies, and ice-cream we're going to eat cookies later.

AR Trip!!!!!

Today all the people that had 400 AR points got a trip to Barnes & Nobles, well not every one, H never showed up but he knew about it. Fantasy thinks it's because he's the only boy that's probably why he didn't show up.

Any way Ms. M our librarian and Ms. K took us in their cars, it was me, fantasy,fabulous10,K,and D. It was so much fun. We bought books and afterwards we went to this Fancy Restaurant, where Ms. M ordered 2 desserts, Candy Bar and Double Chocolate Fudge Cake, at least I think those were the deserts names.

When the deserts came everyone dug in except for Ms. M and Ms. K, fantasy even licked the plate clean, well kind of, and she used her fingers to get the chocolate that was left on the plate. It was funny, we were all surprised when she did that she's always ***POLITE and has GOOD MANNERS***. Ms. K said "Today we saw the other side of fantasy".

After that Ms. M took fabulous10, D, and K home and Ms. K took me and fantasy home. I'm happy I was there to see the other side of Fantasy.

Before I forget I want to thank Ms. M and K for their generosity, especially Ms. M .

Track!!!!!

Today was Track Team Meeting at my School, problem was I didn't know. I wore my jeans not my shorts, my sandles not my tennis shoes, I didn't bring my lunch I had to peanut butter sandwich and trust me they're not that good at all.

Anyway my broblems disolved into thin air soon enough. I called my older brother and he brought my socks and tennis shoes. Coach G let me borrow her shorts (wow she's skinny). Coach T took a chocolate muffin from the teachers lounge and gave it to me so I can have something good for lunch.

When we arrived where we would have the Track competitions Coach C ( oh just so you know Coach G & T stayed back to take care of Health Fitness), anyway when we arrived Coach told us what we would do D and I were going to do the run then jump competetion. My friend M rid the ring throw, my other friends did the runs and the rally . I got 6th place so did D.

I still think someone else should've done the jumps rather than D and me they would've done way better than 6th place. On the running competetions a few of my friends recieved 1st, 2nd,3rd and 6th, on the rallies they recieved 1st, 4th,5th, and 6th, the throwing M recived 6th.

My friend D was running the 3 race to the last, but she was so tired and the heat of the sun was too much for her that another teacher that came with us took her inside this building where the nurse took a look at her and let her rest. She turned out to be ok, but a bit desy.

After that there wer 2 more my other friend D burned the other racers. Then finally the last race the boys from our team burned the other racers too.

Missed!!!!!!!

Yesterday was Spring Branch Middle Bear Walk and I missed it!!!!!! I forgot to go. I really trully wanted to go but I missed it.

When I came home I took a shower, put my clothes on and combed my hair. Then I went to watch TV with my little brother we watched TV for a few hours. I decided to go read my book. I was on my bed and fell asleep, my dad came at 4:00 and I didn't hear him come in (our door creaks a bit). I slept 'till 7:00 p.m.

That's how I missed the Spring Branch Middle School BEAR WALK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not fair!!!!!! Not COOL!!!!!!!!!!

Pet!!!

We have a pet hamster!!! He's small gray, little black eyes, tiny whiskers and fast.

My dad and my little brother went to buy him today. We have a cage for him and food and everything he needs.

At first I was scared he was going to bite me, but eventually I overcame my fear.

Do you have a pet? If you do what kind of pet? What are his charasteristics?

TAKS!!!!!

Today we took the Science Taks. I wasn't that nervous at all suprisingly not at all.

The test wasn't that hard, but some of the question were challenging. I finished all the question and checked my answers before the last bell rang, I didn't rush at all.

Now all I can do is wait for the results to see if I passed. I'm sure I did, I can't wait!!!

Award Ceramony!!!

I just finished writing about the B-Day Party. I have something else to write about too.

When I came back from school I had to get ready for the SBISD Character Without a Question Award Ceramony.

Finally we arrived to the SBISD building where the ceramony was to be held. My dad and I went inside had some lemonade and cookies then we went to take a picture we tool 2 with my counselor and 2 more this time it was me and my dad only.

Then we went back to a room where there were a lot of people sitting down I found a chair with Housman on the back of it and sat down my dad went to find a seat. Soon people started to pack in

When everyone settled in it was time for the committee to start the ceramony. After the introduction they started calling out names from High School kids then Middle School, Elementary School and finally Pre-K , we recieved our awards and lined up horizontaly. The audence clapped for us and they had this person take 3 pictures of all the students in 1 group, then we were aloud to leave.

I'll work hard on Middle School to make the Chracter Without a Question Award again.

Birthday!!!

Yesterday was my friends Birthday. Her party was at Pump it Up, we had so much fun.

The Moonwalks and slides were great after playing we had something to eat. We ate Pizza,Cake,and Ice-cream, and had Lemonade for a drink.

One thing still suprises me, Fantasy said that she would show up, but she never did, today at lunch she said she thought it was next Sunday not yesterday. NOT COOL!!! she missed the greatest party ask Fabulous 10 if you don't believe she was there.

I hope next time Fantasy will check her invitation and be certain WHEN the party will be and SHOW UP TOO.

Anyway I just want to say HAPPY B-Day, D.R!!!!!

Last After School Program

Yesterday was the last day After School Program. We had our last BLOGGING CLASS. I'll miss Blogging Class it was so much fun.

Ms. M says she'll do Blogging Class next year too, too bad I won't be at Housman I'll be at Spring Middle......... She says that she'll try to get more time other than having 30 minutes only.

I hope that the student's that'll get Blogging Class next year will have as much fun as we did.

Earth Day is almost here what are you going to do on earth day?. I'll recycle, use less power, and not use as much water as I do know.

Dance

Today during Health Fitness we danced certain dances it was fun. Every year our coaches change the dances so when parents come to see us they won't see the same things us the year before. We danced 2 country dances,Cupid Shuffle,Cha cha Slide you know the one that goes like, slide to the right freeze everybody clap your hands, that one and a Mexican Native American. It was great, just so you know they had us dance Soulja Boy in front of parents and Chiken Dance, we were going to do the Hokey Pokey but we runned out of time.

Next year I wont be at Housman, but I think I'll try to find out the dances their going to dance. The coaches also gave out awards I think it's first time they ever did, I didn't get one. The awards were for the people who danced all the dances even if they didn't want to and made it fun, I maybe a reader and maybe a writer but I'm no dancer.

Taks

Yesterday we did the Math Taks test it wasn't as hard as i expected, it ok. Now all I can do is wait for the results and I bet I passed and so did my friends too. While waiting for the results we might as well prepare for Science Taks so that when it comes we can CRUSH like a bug put it in the freezer for our pet frog in the lab. We won't have mercy for the Taks.

'Till then my friends and I are preparing and also have fun while we can, 6th grade won't be as easy.

Carnival!!!!!!!!!!!

Today I went to the school carnival. At first I wasn’t sure I wanted to go, but I went anyway.

When my little brother and I arrived at carnival I thought it was going to be a long boring day. I couldn’t find my friends, well except for one but she had to stay close to her mom, I couldn’t believe it a 5th grader stay close her ma, she’s very responsible but oh well nothing I could do.

For about 30 minutes I was all alone and bored. I thought the day couldn’t get even worse but it did;

#1. A friend of mine in 2nd grade found me and knocked my soda, lucky the soda didn’t ruin my clothes or anyone else.

#2. Then a teacher asked me to stay and make sure no one took her parking space ‘cause she had to a quick errand, so I waited `till she came back.

After that everything started to get a little exciting the teacher was so happy she gave me 30 tickets she was the PTA president. Then I saw some of my friends.

I got my nails painted won sodas 2 liters each. I got 2 stuffed animals, a bracelet and a bunch of other prizes.

My boring day got a little MAKE OVER!!!!!!!!!!

Oh! yeah never knew where my little brother went, WEIRD , he's okay now.

I'm working on my school subjects to prepare for TAKS. Its not very hard to study as long as I have the equipment I need and the help from my teachers. I sure when the TAKS Tests comes I will pass, 100% sure.

Taks Results

Yesterday, my teacher gave us our Reading TAKS test scores and our report cards. I missed 1 question in my reading TAKS test and 1 B in my report card. I was happy to pass my TAKS, but disappointed that my Science score went down for the 3rd nine weeks.


I suppose its ok, but I going to work hard for this nine weeks,4th .Ms. B our Science teacher says the Science TAKS is coming up we have to practice or science skills so that we will pass, and I’m trying my best. Everything else is going smoothly.

Spring Break!!!

Spring Break!!!!!!!!!!! is so totaly here, I'm so happy a whole week of reading and playing, and just being plain LAZY.

You can bet that I'll be reading a lot this spring break, checked out 16 books, so far I got one down 15 to go. Even though I'm eager to spend Spring Break reading and being lazy and just be free for one week I also can't wait to go back to school and I've got some pretty good reasons why ican't wait `till school is back on track:

1. Ms. M our librarian announces the winners for Dr. Seuss contest.

2. Report cards and the award ceramony for the 3rd nine weeks.

3. Our conselor gives us Peer Mediators our Certificates.

4. Ms. M our librarian takes the students with 200 AR points to Northwest Mall for ice-cream.

5. All the AR tests I will have to take and find how many points I'll have.

Pretty good reasons for me to be excited `till the opening of school, but for now I need my nose between the pages if a book and later spleeping at 11 and wake up at 9,sweet life!!!

Busy as a Bee

Sorry blogger lovers, for I have been sick lately and busy when I got back to school trying to catch up with my studies. Today I have a few minutes to catch up with you guys.

I've been back to school for a few days now, I'm so happy that now I only have one more subject to catch up with, some Mathematics work sheets only, hard work does pay off.

Thanks Ms.Moore for your comments you too Ms. Cliett,hey I hope your okay 3 brothers your right that's a huge YIKES!!!!, and you're right Ms. Moore a teacher smiling while boys tumble for an empty pack of gum is NEW.

Before I go you are right again Ms. Moore it was very nice of the Rockets to give us those tickets. Just for the record I was well enough to go to the Rockets game it was AWESOME!!!

Oh! Ms. Moore I meant my older brother my little brother has his own Rockets shirt , but wasn't well enough to go.

Got the Bluues

February 24-26,2008 I was sick with the flu at home. I felt sorry for my self, I mean there I was so stuffed up and sick,my tepreture up to 100.8 so bad.

I have an EVIL brother,every one knows that you don't try to take stuff from people when they're sick,ye suppose to try to make them feel better. Of course my brother didn't. I have this Rockets T-Shirt that he wants so bad,it's way too big for me and it's big enough for him because he's older.So what a perfect time for him it was when I was sick to try to convince me to give it to him.He knew all i wanted was to rest so he'd come to me when he saw I was about to rest and start bothering me,asking me if he could have the rockets T-shirt,and I'd just ssend him away every time.


I'm so Happy that i feel much better and I get back to school and stand up to my brother anytime he tries to convince me to give the Rockets T-shirt.Which I might just give it to him if he'd just

LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!
